Centre for Rare Arts and Forgotten Trades acknowledges the Wadawurrung people as the Traditional custodians of the land on which we operate. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and to all of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who live and work on Wadawurrung Country. We acknowledge their unceded sovereignty over Wadawurrung Country, and the ongoing hardship and trauma as a result of colonisation. The history and continuous culture of the Wadawurrung people is an important part of our shared story.

About this workshopExtend your leadlight skills with artisan Dani Acciarito by learning to fashion a 3D object in vintage glass and copper foil. Explore the use of patterns to  select your glass then cut, grind, foil and construct a dimensional object perfect for any garden setting. This is an ideal workshop for those with some prior experience with leadlighting.

Workshop appropriate - comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, no hanging jewellery, hair/beards tied back.

Small class size – max 6 participants

All instruction and materials included.

Extend your existing skills by learning how to use a pattern to select glass then cut, fit and solder the pieces to create a dimensional object.

Breaks occur at morning tea and lunch. Morning tea provided. Lunch available for pre-ordering.
