Hand-Forming Tableware at Your Table
About this workshop
Learn the basics of hand-forming tableware utilising household objects with ceramic artist Minna Graham.
In this half-day workshop, you will learn to use your kitchen skills and utensils to make your own tableware. No specialist tools or equipment are required for this method. You will make and decorate a plate, cup and bowl using various hand-forming techniques.
To finish, you will learn to make your own decorative slips and use found and natural materials to decorate your work.
At the end of the workshop, you will have created a plate, cup and bowl which will be fired, glazed and delivered to your address a few weeks after the workshop.

What do I need to bring?
Snacks, lunch, water bottle, notepad and pen. An apron, a hand towel and a tea towel.
Clothing guidelines
Comfortable clothing that can get a little dirty and closed-toed shoes.
