Centre for Rare Arts and Forgotten Trades acknowledges the Wadawurrung people as the Traditional custodians of the land on which we operate. About this workshop 
Learn the basics of metalwork and decorative design with armourer, designer, leatherworker and metalsmith, Sam Bloomfield.
In this half-day workshop, you will work with copper and brass to make and decorate your amulet. At the end of the workshop, you will take your finished piece home with you.

Snacks, lunch, water bottle, notepad and pen. Leather gloves.

Workshop appropriate - closed-toed shoes, hair tied back, no hanging jewellery, no baggy or flowing clothing.

Small class size – max 6 participants

All instruction, tools and materials provided

You will learn to use traditional hand tools and metalworking techniques to create a norse inspired amulet.
