Introduction to Wooden Jewellery - Earrings
About this workshop
Make your own earrings from wood and precious metal with jeweller Brendon Collins.
In this full-day workshop, you will make two pairs of earrings from silver and Australian native timbers Mulga and Ringed Gidgee. Those with more advanced skills will have the option to design their own shape with guidance from your instructor you can use the template provided.At the end of the day, you will take your finished pieces home to add to your jewellery collection.

Workshop appropriate - closed toe shoes, no hanging jewellery, hair tied back

All instruction, tools and materials provided
You will learn
You will learn how to make an earring post from silver wire, solder with solder paste, cut and shape silver sheet with a hand saw and files, and join timber and silver.
