Introduction to Needle Lace
About this workshop
Learn the art of lacemaking with Helen Crabb from the Victorian Branch of the Australian Lace Guild.
In this full-day workshop, you will discover a variety of needle lace techniques and learn about the history of the practice. You will complete a sampler inspired by a Chinese Processional Costume from the Australian Centre for Gold Rush Collections.
At the end of the workshop, you will take your finished work and newfound knowledge and skills home with you.
