About this workshop
Join toy craftsman Tim Schloss on a journey into the world of woodwork and make your own adventure sword!
This 2-day workshop is designed for caregivers and young people to work together to make and decorate a wooden sword. Tim will introduce you to the basics of woodworking including measuring and marking out, sawing, chiselling, planning, filing and finishing. You will have the opportunity to embellish your sword as well.
At the end of the workshop, you will take your personalised wooden sword with you, ready for another adventure.
This workshop is suitable for ages 12+. Young people aged 12 - 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Only one ticket is required for a child accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What do I need to bring?
Snacks, lunch, water bottle, notepad and pen
Workshop appropriate - closed-toed shoes, hair tied back, no hanging jewellery, no baggy or flowing clothing.

Small class size – max 8 participants
